I am a yoga teacher and I'm passionate about movements and how powerful it is on your body, mind and energy.
But I'm way more than this :)
I'm also obsessed about food, breathing, digestion, personal development… Which are to me the definition of wellbeing.
This is the journey I'm taking you on with AYAM club.
How I teach yoga
In 2024, I trained in Goa, India, where I connected deeply with the roots of yoga. This experience helped me blend traditional yoga practices with modern techniques, focusing on mindfulness, breath, and alignment.
Today, in my Vinyasa yoga classes, I use a functional approach to yoga to improve both flexibility and mobility. Through dynamic, accessible flows, I help you move better, feel stronger, and create balance in your body and mind.
